I was not happy with our stay at all. The room was not clean, the room and hallways smelled, the A/C did not work correctly and there were bugs on the rug. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.

Everything was great, however they need better pillows. Awesome breakfast, comfortable room and nice beds.No microwaves in the room, only out where the breakfast is served. Coffee/tea /hot chocolate and juice 24/7.

very old furniture and disgusting carpet, afraid to touch pillows look like you borrow them the furnishing looks like it has been through the war our room was changed the staff is pleasant, has an outdoor pool that we took advantage of, breakfast was nice

Dated and worn, but clean. No elevators. No coffee in room. Breakfast fair. Beds full sized not queen as advertised. Lower rooms motel style. No bar. Fridge broken, but replaced timely. Staff nice. Maintenance staff friendly and helped with luggage when leaving.

This property is misrepresented on the website. We found everything in poor condition, dirty, and major need of renovation. The value of these rooms should be $70-$80 TOPS but we paid $325 a night for our room and feel completely ripped off. There were clumps of hair laying around the pool. We were expecting an interior hotel room but got a motel room. It was ground level, leading out to the parking lot and the door was so old it looked like it could be kicked in. We have a two year old escape artist and this was a major safety concern for us. I really did not feel safe. The room had a moldy odor, cracks and holes in the popcorn drop ceiling, full size beds instead of queens, brown smears on the wallpaper, loose electrical sockets, layers of dirt on the light switches, a TV that didn’t work properly, I could go on. It was so bad that my husband said he didn’t care about losing $650 dollars and wanted me to book a nicer hotel upon arriving, but everything was full as it was Father’s Day weekend, so we were stuck and had to make the most of it. Honestly we would have rather been camping. The price they are getting for these rooms is downright stealing. One positive was that the staff was very friendly and helpful, but we would never recommend this place unfortunately.

I loved it here. There is so much to do and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and everyone treats you like family. My only complaint would be that the restaurant wasn't open during my stay (and I stayed for 3 days) however, the hotel is surrounded but nearby eateries who delivers to your room. The rooms were not 5 stars but I will give them a solid 4. I like that the rooms are comfortable and if there are any issues with the room, the addressed it immediately (I had a clog sink drain and they ended up putting that room out of service and given me a different room). I enjoyed my time here so much that I spoke with the manager about hosting my family reunion. ... if you plan to stay, you won't regret it- you will have the time of your life. Not to mention the near by features: Hersey (20 min), the Indian Cove ( 10 mins), the Colliseum (8 mins), PA historical museum (30 mins), not to mention the on house activities: indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, kids play ground, volleyball, basketball, tennis, open field, BBQ area, indoor ping-pong, game room, table pool. A range of different conferences room and ballrooms. Whats Not To Love About This Place.

Very nice place. Well kept and close to everything. Very clean and easy to access. Malvin....the desk clerk.. was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the area. We will have to return when the weather is warmer....the pool area is awesome looking .

Stayed here for one night as the wife had early morning appointment at Hershey Medical Center and we live an hour away and forecast called for snow. Easy checkin but no information provided about Wi-Fi , TV etc. Remote did not work but front desk did provide another. Room was clean, heat worked well and it was quiet. No desk. Area is hard to get in and out of. Overall nothing special and nothing really bad. Just average. Also same applies to breakfast
